Journal:
For each of the phase changes, say whether each is a cooling (heat loss) or heating (heat gain) process: condensation, evaporation, sublimation, freezing, and melting.
Today we took notes on this notes outline (copy a friend's that was in class).
Then we started making "Phases Action Heroes." We will finish tomorrow.
HW: none
Reminders: Mastery Quiz Thursday 10/8
Here you will find what it was we did each day in class as well as links to important assignments and presentations, upcoming events, and science news and links.
Monday 10/5
Journal:
1. What is a phase change?
2. What are some examples of phase changes?
Today we finished some left over demonstrations from last week. No makeup required for that.
Then we did a "role play" where you were in groups acting out solid, liquid, and gas particles.
That was it! No makeup today.
